This guidance document is a full technical revision of GUID 5006 v1 ‘Guide to the carriage of dangerous goods produced in 2013.
The revision of GUID 5006 v1 (SHTM 01-03 D1.3) is required due to changes in the regulations applicable to Great Britain (GB), that is England, Scotland and Wales, as a result of the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union as outlined in the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
