This guidance recognises prime groups within the parties holding an interest and provides a focus for them to be equipped to discharge their particular responsibilities across three dominant themes; use, acquisition and manufacture. In Section 5, Roles and Responsibilities, targeted information is provided for these groups according to their respective key roles and remits.
