Request

1. Total expenditure, from January 2015 to date, on National Treatment Centres, broken down by project and year of expenditure. Please separate out operational costs from all other costs.
2. Total expenditure, from January 2015 to date, on National Treatment Centres up to their date of opening, if applicable by each project. Please break this down by project and year of expenditure.
3. Total expenditure, from January 2015 to date, on the project to build a new eye hospital in Edinburgh.

Under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act, 2002 (FOISA) an organisation does not have to provide the requested information if it does not hold that information. NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) cannot provide details regarding the expenditure on National Treatment Centres or any information regarding a new eye hospital in Edinburgh as we do not hold this level of detail.
