I would like to submit the following queries under Freedom of Information:

Please supply a list of all brands of infant formula milk purchased by each NHS Health Board / used within the trust with reference to the table below.

For each brand of infant milk formula milk purchased, what was the total annual cost paid and volume of units in the last available financial year 2022 to 2023.

I refer to your freedom of information request that we received on 09 January 2024 requesting the following information.

I can advise you that we have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:

Under Section 33 (1) (b) of the Freedom of Information Act 2002 - an organisation does not require to provide information if its disclosure under this Act would, or would be likely to, prejudice substantially the commercial interests of any person (including, without prejudice to that generality, a Scottish public authority) and as such any individual cost information is being withheld as it is commercially sensitive.

Please find attached Appendix 1 – Infant Milk, detailing the requested information. Please note we have provided a total overall spend on all the products for the financial year 2022 to 2023.
