I should be grateful if you could provide the following information which relates to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow. All communication between Antimicrobial Resistance & Healthcare Associated Infection (ARHAI) Scotland and NHSGGC regarding notification of Healthcare Associated Infections as it related to Wards 2A, 2B Royal Hospital for Children Glasgow between June 2015 and 26 September 2018.
All communication between Antimicrobial Resistance & Healthcare Associated Infection(ARHAI) Scotland and NHSGGC regarding notification of Healthcare Associated Infections as it related to Wards 6A, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital between 26 September 2018 and 31 March 2023.
All communication between Antimicrobial Resistance & Healthcare Associated Infection (ARHAI) Scotland and NHSGGC regarding notification of Healthcare Associated Infections specifically Mycobacterium Chelonae as it related to Wards 2A, 2B Royal Hospital for Children Glasgow between June 2015 and and 26 September 2018.
All communication between Antimicrobial Resistance & Healthcare Associated Infection (ARHAI) Scotland and NHSGGC regarding notification of Healthcare Associated Infections, specifically Mycobacterium Chelonae as it related to Ward 6A Queen Elizabeth University Hospital between 26 September 2018 and 31 March 2023.
All communication between Antimicrobial Resistance & Healthcare Associated Infection (ARHAI) Scotland and NHSGGC regarding notification of Healthcare Associated Infections, specifically Mycobacterium Chelonae as it related to all areas of Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and Royal Hospital for Children, between June 2015 and and 31 March 2023.
Communications should included, emails, minutes, WhatsApp messages, minutes from online meetings and any other communication method utilised by GGC and SG.

I can advise you that we have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information. We do hold the information requested, however Under Section 37 (1) (b) (i) of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act, 2002 (FOISA) Information is exempt information if it is contained in a document lodged with, or otherwise placed in the custody of, a person conducting an inquiry or arbitration, for the purposes of that inquiry or arbitration NSS does acknowledges the significance in being open, transparent and accountable, however, on this occasion NSS has deemed that the release of the information at this moment in time may prejudice substantially the ongoing Scottish Hospital Inquiry.
