Can you please provide the following information?

  1. Total spend through Framework NP699/21 in 2022.
  2. Total spend through Framework NP699/21 year to date 2023.
  3. Value of spend by supplier on framework NP699/21 full year 2022.
  4. Value of spend by supplier on framework NP699/21 year to date 2023.

If value is commercially sensitive, then please provide percentage of spend by supplier for all of the above.

Response

I can advise you that we have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:

1. Total spend through Framework NP699/21 in 2022.

The total framework expenditure in 2022 was £6.7M, based on supplier reported data.

2. Total spend through Framework NP699/21 year to date 2023.

The total framework expenditure in 2023, from Q1 – Q3, was £6.7M, based on supplier reported data.

3. Value of spend by supplier on framework NP699/21 full year 2022.

Under Section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information Act, 2002 (FOISA) - an organisation does not require to provide information if its disclosure under this Act would, or would be likely to, prejudice substantially the commercial interests of any person (including, without prejudice to that generality, a Scottish public authority) and as such any spend information is being withheld as it is commercially sensitive. What we can provide you with is the percentage of spend by supplier in the year 2022.

4. Value of spend by supplier on framework NP699/21 year to date 2023.
