I would like to find out what responsibilities if any the NHS had/have for the maintenance of Ellen's Glen Road. I am particularly seeking information on the water management, and in particular the year 1986. I understand that a new part of the culvert on Ellen's Glen Road may have been built then.

I used to work for SNBTS, some of that time at Ellen's Glen Road, and have a vague memory of our Business Services saying NHS Lothian and SNBTS were partially responsible for the upkeep of Ellen's Glen Road along with the Council.

I refer to your freedom of information request that we received on 27 November 2023 requesting the following information:
