Request

Please can I have a copy of all Key Stage Assurance Reviews (KSAR) reports completed by NHS Scotland Assure between the date of the previous request (16 May 2023) and the date of this request.

Response

Please find attached copies of all KSAR reports completed by NHS Scotland Assure since 16 May 2023. It should be noted that all observations recorded in the reports are indicative of a snapshot in time relative to when the review was undertaken and may not represent the status of the projects, or any subsequent actions taken by health boards to address observations raised.

The health boards, subject to these KSARs acted in a collaborative and transparent manner throughout the process. NHS Scotland Assure value their cooperation and shared commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare environments for the benefit of patients and the wider community.
