Request

I was told by GCU that you would be replying to ALL the questions and that they would not be replying to them on that basis. This was despite them previously promising to do so. I duly pointed out that I had only asked HFS certain questions and doubted very much if they could answer the others.

Can you therefore clarify if it is indeed your intention to answer ALL 32 questions I asked as GCU implied?

Response

Under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act, 2002 (FOISA) an organisation does not have to provide that information if it does not hold that information. NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) are unable to answer any of the further questions as they refer to the specific content, modelling, determinations or conclusions produced by the GCU reports authors.
