Could you please give me a full list of all Facilities Management Companies currently holding contracts with NHS Scotland.

Could you also supply information regarding which companies hold which contracts at which location (all locations where Facilities Management contracts are in place) and if contracts are deemed Hard FM (Building maintenance etc), Soft FM (Catering, cleaning etc) or both. Also, the dates the contracts started and when they are due to end.

I refer to your freedom of information request that we received on 03 July 2023 requesting the following information.

Could you please give me a full list of all Facilities Management Companies currently holding contracts with NHS Scotland.

Could you also supply information regarding which companies hold which contracts at which location (all locations where Facilities Management contracts are in place) and if contracts are deemed Hard FM (Buildings maintenance etc), Soft FM (Catering, cleaning etc) or both. Also, the dates the contracts started and when they are due to end.

I can advise you that we have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:

Under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act, 2002 (FOISA) an organisation does not have to provide any information if it does not hold that information. NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) does not hold information for NHS Scotland.

What we can provide you with is Appendix 1 – Facilities Management within NSS. Please refer to Sheet 1 – Company List for the full list of facilities management companies who currently hold contracts with NSS. Sheet 2 – Facilities Management details which companies provide which services throughout NSS, the locations where they are in place and contract start/end dates.
