Under the freedom of information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would like to request the following information;

1. Please provide contact details (name, phone number and email address ) for person or department overseeing procurement of nursing agencies for each of the following health boards:

• NHS Lothian
• NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde
• NHS Borders
• NHS Fife
• NHS Forth Valley
• NHS Lanarkshire

2. Please provide contact details (name, phone number and email address ) for person or department that provides support and information for prospective nursing agencies looking to register as framework as well as off-framework agencies with the following health boards:

• NHS Lothian
• NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde
• NHS Borders
• NHS Fife
• NHS Forth Valley
• NHS Lanarkshire

1. Please provide contact details (name, phone number and email address ) for person or department overseeing procurement of nursing agencies for each of the following health boards

Under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act, 2002 (FOISA) an organisation does not have to provide any information if it does not hold that information. NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) does not hold this information as the person/department that oversees the procurement of agency nurses would be the nurse bank manager at each individual Health Board. We do not hold individual contact details but you may be able to locate these on each of the health boards’ websites.

NSS does not hold this information as the person/department that provides support and information for prospective nursing agencies lies within the individual Health Boards. We do not hold individual contact details but you may be able to locate these on each of the health boards’ websites.
