I would like to request access to the most recent revision of the following documents:

  • Waste Management Action Plan (NHS Dumfries and Galloway)
  • Sustainable Development Action Plan (NHS Dumfries and Galloway)

I refer to your freedom of information request that we received on 26 February 2023.

I can advise you that we have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:

Under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act (FOISA) an organisation does not require to provide information if it does not hold that information. NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) does not hold this information. The Waste Management Action Plans and Sustainable Development Action Plans sit directly with the individual health board. I would recommend you contact NHS Dumfries and Galloway at dg.feedback2@nhs.scot who may be able to provide you with the documents requested.
