I refer to your freedom of information request that we received on 01 February 2023. I can advise you that we have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:
We are currently updating data on NHS Grampian IT systems. Specifically, your E-Rostering (staffing) system.

System type - E-Rostering (staffing)
Supplier name - Allocate Software
System name - Healthroster
Date installed - National contract signed on 21st November 2021 and phased implementation roll out until 30th November 2024.
Contract expiration - 21st November 2028 with the option of a further three-year extension.
Is this contract annually renewed? - No
Do you currently have plans to replace this system? - No
Procurement framework - Open OJEU procurement
Other systems it integrates with? – Human Resources (HR), Payroll and Single Sign On (SSO).
Total value of contract (£) - circa £49million
Could we please have the system details? - We use the RLDatix Allocate system out of the box. Further information on the functionality of the system is available from the supplier themselves via their website. Intelligent Scheduling and Rostering - RLDatix - UK (allocatesoftware.co.uk).
