Subject: Tender: Freedom of Information request: NP33922 Ranibizumab (the "Tender")

Teva UK Limited recently took part in the Tender via the Bravo system; we understand that Novartis also participated in the Tender and may have made comments about Teva during the process.

We kindly request access to:

1. Any and all communications (such as emails) by Novartis in respect of the Tender in which Teva is identified in the content;
2. Any and all memorandums and / or call logs with Novartis in which Teva is identified therein; and
3. Any and all Tender documents whereby Novartis provides comments and / or edits thereon and which identify Teva therein.

I understand that these documents may be redacted as appropriate.

I refer to your freedom of information request that we received on 06 June 2022. I can advise you that we have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:

Under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act an organisation does not require to provide information if it does not hold that information. NHS National Services Scotland has completed a search of our records and hold no information for Novartis in respect of Teva. Therefore, we are unable to provide you with any communications (such as emails).

2. Any and all memorandums and / or call logs with Novartis in which Teva is identified therein; and
