Hello,

My freedom of information request has the following parts, regarding this contract.

1. Will the payments related to this contract be made from a central government fund? Which organisation will make the payment?

2. Or, will payments be made from the individual Health Boards?

3. If payment is to be made by the Health Boards, are they being provided with additional funding to cover all or part of this cost?

4. Will Health Boards be obliged to change from their current supplier to Allocate Software Ltd, or can they choose not to change?

5. Is there a timetable showing when each Health Board is expected to implement Allocate Software Limited's software, and would you please provide a copy of this?

I can advise you that we have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:

My freedom of information request has the following parts, regarding this contract.

1. Will the payments related to this contract be made from a central government fund? Which organisation will make the payment?

National Services Scotland (NSS) will make all of these payments.

2. Or, will payments be made from the individual Health Boards?

As above (answer to question 1); however, there are internal recharging arrangementsbetween NSS and individual Health Boards.

3. If payment is to be made by the Health Boards, are they being provided with additionalfunding to cover all or part of this cost?

4. Will Health Boards be obliged to change from their current supplier to AllocateSoftware Ltd, or can they choose not to change?

Pursuant to the terms of the contract, NSS has committed to implementation across all HealthBoards. All Health Boards have committed to implementing the new contract.

5. Is there a timetable showing when each Health Board is expected to implement AllocateSoftware Limited's software, and would you please provide a copy of this?

Please see Appendix 1, which shows the timetable that is included in the contract. Please note that this is under review and subject to change between the parties.
