With regards to table 4, Total Cost of Procedures Performed by Private Health Company (Nov 2017 - Mar 2022), can I have a breakdown by each financial year? As it stands, I've only been given a total figure for the period above.

I can advise you that we have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:

Appendix 1 (attached) details the Total Cost of Procedures Performed by Private Health Company (Nov 2017 - Mar 2022) broken down by financial year. Please note, the figures have been updated to reflect some additional spend data which has been received since your previous request.
