I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information:
- Copy of successful tender.
- Final pricing of successful bidder.
- Expiry date of the awarded contract.
- Approximate date that the tender will be reissued towards the end of the current contract period.
- How many bidders submitted responses?
- Name of all bidders who submitted responses.
- Rank of all bidders who submitted responses I would prefer to receive the information electronically.

I refer to your freedom of information request that we received on 7 April 2022 requesting the following information:
Request for Details for NP58521 Evacuated Blood Collection Systems tender
I can advise you that we have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:
1. Copy of successful tender
The tender responses submitted by the successful suppliers are considered commercially sensitive and therefore we are unable to share. The tender is available at http://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/info/InfoCentre.aspx?ID=2343 The Project code is 19591.
2. Final pricing of successful bidder
Under Section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information Act an organisation does not require to provide exempt information if its disclosure under this Act would, or would be likely to, prejudice substantially the commercial interests of any person (including, without prejudice to that generality, a Scottish public authority). This information requested is commercially sensitive.
3. Expiry date of the awarded contract
The current expiry date is 31/3/2025; however, there is an option to extend the framework by up to 24 months.
4. Approximate date that the tender will be reissued towards the end of the current contract period
Under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act an organisation does not require to provide information if it does not hold that information. NHS National Services Scotland does not hold this information. Unknown at this time.
5. How many bidders submitted responses?
Under Section 25(1) of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act an organisation does not require to provide information which the applicant can reasonably obtain other than by requesting it under section 1(1) is exempt information. 6. Name of all bidders who submitted responses
