I would like to make a Freedom of Information request to National Services Scotland for information contained in any terminations of contracts, termination notices or equivalent to Medical Devices UK MDUK and for which failure or penalty were these contacts terminated any terminations of contracts, termination notices or equivalent to Belimed and for which failure or penalty were these contacts terminated who and which organisations these terminations were discussed, actioned and shared with.

How these terminations of contracts were reported to Audit Scotland and National Services Scotland and any other organisation, and any communications, documents, meetings & discussions relating to this.

I refer to your freedom of information request which we received on 2 March 2022 requesting the following information.

I would like to make a Freedom of Information request to Health Facilities Scotland for information contained in any terminations of contracts, termination notices or equivalent to Medical Devices UK MDUK and for which failure or penalty were these contacts terminated any terminations of contracts, termination notices or equivalent to Belimed and for which failure or penalty were these contacts terminated who and which organisations these terminations were discussed, actioned and shared with How these terminations of contracts were reported to Audit Scotland and National Services Scotland and any other organisation, and any communications, documents, meetings & discussions relating to this.

I can advise you that we have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:

Under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Scotland Act an organisation does not require to provide information if it does not hold that information. NHS National Services Scotland does not hold this information.
