Following notification of our unsuccessful tender submission for the above project we are requesting the tender documents submitted by the successful budder, Varian Medical Systems UK Ltd.
As stated by NHS in the ITT, the principles of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2022 apply to all information provided by Contractors pursuant to the procurement and as such could you please supply us with the documents supplied by the successful bidder.

I refer to your freedom of information request which we received on 11 February 2022 requesting the following information.
Following notification of our unsuccessful tender submission for the above project we are requesting the tender documents submitted by the successful bidder, Varian Medical Systems UK Ltd.
I can advise you that we have now completed the search of our records and can provide you with the following information:
Please see attached Appendix 1 Section 4 Treatment Planning System (TPS) (Lot 2) – The information that is redacted has been done under section 33 (1)(b) of the FOISA.
