Cancer treatment facilities (HBN 02-01)

This Health Building Note covers the policy and service context, and planning and design considerations, for cancer treatment facilities. It covers specific planning and design considerations for chemotherapy and radiotherapy units. It describes spaces that are unique to those units. It also describes any variations to common hospital spaces and clarifies requirements for these spaces, where necessary.
