Access online reporting

This section covers all aspects of online reporting for community pharmacies, including detailed payment information to support your monthly payment schedule.
Gaining access
If you require access to Online Reporting, please complete the user access form. If you are not the owner of the Pharmacy, they must sign the form authorising you to have access.
Once you receive it, you must complete and sign it, and return it back to the ePharmacy Helpdesk via email to nss.psdhelp@nhs.scot
Once a user account has been set up for you, you will receive a username and password by email within 28 days.
We'll also email you our online reporting user guide which will help you get started.
Business Objects (BI4)
Once you have an online reporting log in, you can access the Business Objects online reporting tool.
You must have a SWAN connection to access the system.
