Steven Flockhart

As Director of Digital and Security, Steven is responsible for NSS’ Digital and Security (DaS) strategy and the delivery of several large-scale national digital transformation programmes across the NHS in Scotland.

Steven joined NSS in March 2020 and has led the Cloud Engineering and IT Operations function with DaS for the last two years. Steven’s experience in this role, alongside a raft of experience gained in the financial and retail sectors, equip him well to lead NSS’ digital strategy and teams.

In his spare time, Steven enjoys spending time with his family, he has a great passion for the outdoors, travel, and watching a variety of sports. He is an ex ice-hockey player and is now a keen golfer and skier.
