Stefano Rinaldi

Stefano qualified as a solicitor in 2001, following a traineeship in-house at a bank.

He spent 2 years in-house post qualification and then 4 years as a commercial litigation solicitor dealing with a wide range of court actions and dispute resolution in private practice. The majority of his cases were in the Court of Session.

Stefano joined CLO in 2007 as a senior solicitor in the Litigation department. He deals mainly with personal injury, medical negligence claims, court actions and public inquiries.

Stefano has been one of the two project leads for the implementation of the CLO’s case management system and is the Freedom of Information lead for CLO. He is a member of the Practitioner Services team. Stefano is an accredited specialist in medical negligence law.

He is the Team Leader of Litigation Team D.
