Morag Shepherd

Morag qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 following a traineeship undertaken in private practice. She gained experience as a court solicitor working in private practice with firms in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Morag represented both pursuers and defenders regularly in the local Sheriff courts.

Latterly, she became an Associate at an Edinburgh firm before joining the Litigation department at the CLO in 2002.

She is dealing mainly with personal injury, medical negligence claims and court actions. She is involved in public Inquiry work.

She is a member of the Practitioner Services team within the office and chairs the Continuous Improvement Group. She is an Accredited Specialist in Medical Negligence Law.

She is a Team Leader in Litigation Team B.
