Registering and using online reports - eSchedules

Published on 27 February 2025

We provide independent practitioners and body corporate organisations with online access to monthly payment schedule reports.

Access the reports via your NHS secure connection.

If you do not have a NHS secure connection, please contact the Ophthalmic Customer Service helpdesk.

Email: nss.psdophthalmic@nhs.scot

Telephone: 03450342458

Register for an account

Complete our registration form to request an account; forms must be completed by the person who requires access.

If you're a registered Body Corporate Organisation (excluding franchises), all requests must be countersigned by the owner, director or head of the relevant business area.

They must also email us at nss.psdophthalmic@nhs.scot, confirming that they will authorise all requests and advise of account closures.

Please read the terms and conditions before you get started.

Access the ophthalmic eSchedules registration form.

What happens next?

When your user account has been created, you'll receive two emails from either csdnoreply@nhsnss.scot.nhs.uk, or noreplydis@nhsnss.scot.nus.uk.

One email will contain your user name (DIS username). The second email will contain a temporary password (DIS password). You'll need to create a permanent password.

Change or reset your eSchedules password

To change/reset your eSchedules password please visit the Directory Information System (DIS) website. The DIS link will open for those using the Palo Alto secure connection device, however, if you have a CAT20 secure connection, please use an unconnected device, such as your personal Smart Phone, to access this website.

Terms and conditions for eSchedules

Please read the following terms and conditions before completing the registration form for online access to reporting.

You can amend your payment location codes by using our form.

Access the payment location codes form.

Close an online reporting account

We can close access to accounts at any time - for example if a member of staff is leaving your ophthalmic practice.
