Volunteering
There’s a lot to celebrate about volunteering in Scotland's NHS. Did you know that more than 600 volunteers assist NSS across the organisation?
Volunteer with us
Throughout the year, they help the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service (SNBTS) and a number of our other services carry out valuable work to help support Scotland’s health.

Scottish National Blood Donor Association
Every blood donor and volunteer in Scotland is automatically a member of the Scottish National Blood Donor Association (SNBDA). Their main aim is to represent and protect donor interests and promote the voluntary nature of donation.
If you would like to find out more or wish to get involved with the SNBDA, please email: chair.snbda@hotmail.co.uk.
