TURAS e-learning module

IRIC is Scotland’s national Incident Reporting and Investigation Centre.

IRIC provides specialist safety and risk management support to Scotland’s NHS Boards and local authorities. IRIC actively manages the investigation of all incident reports it receives involving medical devices, estates, facilities, social care equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE). IRIC also publishes safety alerts when risks need mitigating actions. This helps to keep patients, users, staff, contractors and visitors safe.
