Information for oxygen users
The home oxygen service in Scotland is provided by Dolby Vivisol.
If you have questions about your oxygen equipment, including replenishment enquiries, contact Dolby Vivisol on 0800 833 531.
Oxygen should only be used as directed. Speak to your healthcare professional if you have questions or concerns about how to use it.
Travelling with oxygen equipment
Within the UK
Travel within Scotland and the UK is covered by Dolby Vivisol's holiday service.
Oxygen can be supplied free of charge to holiday destinations or other temporary destinations.
How to access the holiday service
All requests for holiday oxygen supply within the UK should be submitted to Dolby Vivisol.

Note: You must provide at least three weeks' notice to access the holiday service.
Outside of the UK
Travel outside of the UK is not covered by the home oxygen service.

All home oxygen complaints should be directed to Dolby Vivisol.
If you have already reported an issue to Dolby Vivisol and they were unable to resolve it, you can escalate it to our Oxygen Therapy team. Email nss.oxycon@nhs.scot or call 0131 275 6860.
