Quality Improvement (QI)

Apply for the Quality Improvement Allowance

The Quality Improvement allowance is designed to reward dentists who complete the confirmed Quality Improvement activities. These are:

• a team-based reflective report;
• a Equality and Diversity online training module;
• a practice-level workforce census (to be completed by 12 June 24).

How to apply

If you have completed all three QI activities, download and complete the Quality Improvement claim form (QI001)

If you have been unable to complete all QI activities, and would only like to claim part of the QI allowance, download and complete the Quality Improvement Form for partly completed QI activities (QI002)
